We tell the Elected to “Stand On the Constitution!” and are frustrated that they do not appear to be doing what we expect by that statement.
Interestingly, They absolutely are standing on the Constitution “AS IT IS”!
The sad reality is that our understanding of Constitutionalism is not what is actually being carried out. Why Not and What can be done?
